Skating court date to be continued....
Well after sitting in what we thought was court for almost 2 hours they moved us into another court room where there actually was a judge we thought the case was going to be heard but had a feeling it might be continued. Our guess was right the judge called Zach up to his bench and started laughing when he saw that his charge was for skateboarding. Zach was asked if he was wrongfully accused of this crime and he replied yes. The judge then proceeded to give Zach Whyel a new court date of Nov. 9 Zach was also asked if he has a lawyer bring him or her to the next court date but I think we got this....hahaha Don't get me wrong O1NE has a real strong legal team but what kind of owner would I be if I didn't get my teams back!
